ORDER

You can place the order in Kauneve online shop or via email. Only a person of 18 years or older can place an order.

 

PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Detailed product information and prices are stated in the online shop. Prices are stated in euros (EUR). Prices include Finnish VAT (24%). Kauneve reserves the right for price alterations. Prices do not include shipping costs.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the order and the destination. Shipping costs are added to your order in shopping cart.

For example a beanie is less than 100g, two scarves are less than 500g.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment methods in online shop are Paypal and credit card payment. For customers living in Finland it is also possible to choose pre-invoice (Manual Payment) as payment method. Additional 2€ is added to the invoice as a handling fee. When ordering via email the payment method is always pre-invoice. Order will be processed within a workday and the invoice sent by email. Order can also be picked up from our workspace and payed with cash or debit/credit card. Please ask for this option in advance.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

After we have received your payment, the order will be shipped within 5 working days via Finnish Post (in Finland). If the delivery time will be longer than this, we inform about it on our website. On request the order can be picked up from our workspace.

We also ship to other countries. The delivery time for international orders is based on the destination. Inside Europe the delivery time is 5-7 working days. Outside Europe the delivery time is at least 12 working days. Note that the customer outside EU is responsible for any import customs or taxes. 

Kauneve is not responsible for missing packages during shipping.

If a product you have ordered is temporary or permanently out of stock, we will inform you immediately via email and let you know about approximate time of delivery or return the amount you have already payed.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Kauneve has a 14 days return and exchange policy. If you wish to return or exhange a product please contact us via email (tiina@kauneve.com). We will then let you know the detailed return instructions. All returns must be handled with care, unused with the tags, and in their original packaging. Make sure the returned item will not be damaged in transit. 

If you receive a wrong or a faulty item, let us know by e-mail as soon as possible. The product can be returned or exhanged to a new one. If an item is damaged during shipping, contact the Finnissh Post Office. Kauneve is not responsible for damages happened during shipping.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or harms caused by force majeure, as well as indirect harms caused by delays or damages.
