Kauneve is an eco-friendly knitwear and clothing brand for children and adults.
Sustainability, comfort and most of all inspiring looks are the main values for us and for our customers. We use ecologically and ethically produced wool and cotton in our garments. For instance most of the wool we use is G.O.T.S. and Bluesign sertified high quality organic merino wool.
Designer behind the brand is Tiina Taivainen. She has roots in Western Finland from where the name Kauneve also derives from. It is a dialectal word meaning ’more beautiful’.
All of our products are designed and made in Finland - to make you feel good.
Kauneve releases principally two collections in a year, one knitwear collection and one clothing collection mainly for children. However some of the best products are held in production through several years - this is one of our sustainable values.
